Today in 1968 ‪Leonard Bernstein conducted the New York Philharmonic in Mahler’s Adagietto from Symphony No. 5, for the funeral of Robert F.Kennedy at St.Patrick’s Cathedral in ‪New York. We are listening to Bernstein conducting this same piece with the Wiener Philharmoniker:
